Nadia Birkenstock’s “A Trip to the Islands” is an original composition for solo lever or pedal harp. Written as title track to the CD “The enchanted Lake” (Irish legends and stories), the piece was composed to transport the listener into a world of magic wells, mermaids, mysterious lakes and rushing waves.
It reflects the Celtic music style and fits well in a repertoire any time of the year.
